Refund and Returns Policy
TechXpress Pty Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
1. All product returned for credit must be in new, unopened condition. Opened, damaged or soiled product will not be accepted;
2. The return freight will be paid for by the customer
3. A re-stocking fee of 15% applies to all goods return for credit
Product Exchange / Replacement:
Returns due to SELLER error: The product will be promptly replaced with expedited delivery at no extra cost to you.
Refund:
Return due to BUYER remorse or error: Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the initial cost of shipping the package to you (this cost may be deducted from your refund amount) as we are not able to recoup this cost from the carrier.
